NOW, they're trying to sell us holidays for two quid a night. Sounds good? There's a catch. The holidays are abroad.
Thomson Holidays is offering seven self-catering days in heat-bedevilled hell-holes like Greece and Turkey, for £14. As capitalism is a mad economic system, other major operators are expected to follow suit.

The holidays don't include your flight ...
