A MAN was in serious condition in hospital after he was assaulted yesterday. The 20-year-old was attacked in Rothes Drive, near Rothes Place in Summerston, Glasgow, at about 7:30am.
He was taken to the Western Infirmary where staff described his condition as "serious but stable". Police are obtaining CCTV footage of the area as they try to identify who was responsible for the attack.
